A Word from Father
Jesus Christ said,
"I give you a new commandment: love one another."
Love is an infinite power which enables people to love and help one another, creating a world where boundaries do not exist and everyone shares selflessly.
In his encyclical “Fratelli tutti”, Pope Francis points out that persons should no longer be seen as a paramount value not to be cared for and respected nowadays.
In today’s society, there is a very serious disparity between the rich and the poor. Many people lack food, clothing and shelter and other living necessities simply because they cannot afford them. Some other people, particularly the elderly, orphans, mentally or physically handicapped, need our care and concern. It is indeed a fortune if we can dedicate resources, money or time to lend others a helping hand.
In Mark 12:42-44, the poor widow is willing to put in two very small copper coins out of her poverty.
This shows us that we always have the ability to help others, no matter how difficult the situations are. Only when we love and help each other, and create an inclusive world for all, we are able to follow Jesus Christ’s teachings and live in a world of true love.
It is more blessed to give than to receive. We look forward to every one’s concerted efforts to support the donation of insurance policy and legacy. Together, we promote never-ending love and sharing, which helps close the gap between the rich and the poor.
